Medvedev about Ukraine: the State does not exist
– “To compare the Russian Federation and Ukraine on security issues in enterprises is impossible because “there is no industry, no nation exists,” said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev at a meeting on the state and prospects of the coal industry.
As said the head of Rostekhnadzor Alexey Aleshin, in the program of coal industry development till 2030 in Russia it was planned substantial reduction in injuries at the enterprises in 2015. And this figure, according to him, last year was the lowest for all history of supervision since Soviet times. For comparison, he cited the data of Ukraine, where this indicator is significantly higher.
“We with Ukraine in this sense should be compared? I just mean that there is no industry and no nation, they does not exist” — said Medvedev.
In turn Aleshin explained that provided data for Ukraine for 2013. However, this did not significantly shift the position of the Russian Prime Minister.
“2013? I mean the industry was there, but even then the State was absent” — he stressed.“
