American Forbes on Tuesday, 1 March, published its annual, 30-th — anniversary — rating the world’s billionaires.

The list included 77 representatives of Russia, 11 less than the year before: big business continues to incur losses due to the crisis in the economy, the collapse of oil prices and a sanctions war with the West.
